When will I receive my package?Next shipping date is April 15th, please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your package.
Why are shipping dates so random?
Plumli isn't a studio or company, it's just me designing, making, and packing items in their living room after work. It's very difficult for me mentally and phsyically to do same day shipping so I hope you will be patient with me.
An item I wanted went out of stock! Is there a way I can still get it?
There's a very good chance I still have more of the item you want. Shoot me a message at [email protected] and I'll let you know if there will be a restock.
What conventions are you going to?
For my convention schedule and updates you can check my profiles on Twitter/Instagram @plumli_art. But for 2024 I confirm I will be Seattle Sakuracon, Calgary Otafest, Edmonton Animethon, and Toronto Fanexpo.
Do you do commissions?
